Policies
SESSION RATES
The session fee is $170.00 per session. Payment is due at time of service; gratuity is not customary for Rolfers®. Cash, checks or Zelle are preferred; credit cards are accepted. Reduced rates available for teachers, social workers, students, and children under 18 years of age (with parental permission). I happily offer sliding scale appointments; please reach out to learn more.
CANCELLATION POLICY & RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, 24 hours’ notice is required in order to allow time to fill the empty session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged as a late cancel/no show and you are liable for the full session fee ($170.00) Arriving more than 20 minutes late to your appointment is considered and charged as a late cancel/no-show. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
INSURANCE, FSA, HSA, & RECEIPTS
While I do not work or communicate directly with insurance companies, I am happy to provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance upon your request but we do not make any guarantees about what is covered or what will be reimbursed.
Most FSA and HSA cards do work with my payment processor system, but please bring an alternate type of payment just in case.
